Madras HC Rejects Plea Seeking to Quash Search Panel for Selecting MKU Vice Chancellor - 09.01.2017

Madras High Court has quashed a PIL seeking directions to Tamil Nadu Government to quash an order (GO) and reconstitute search committee for selecting Vice-chancellor of Madurai Kamraj University (MKU).
