Kerala HC Orders Regularization of DLF Structure on Payment of Rs. 1 Crore - 09.01.2017

Kerala High Court, while observing that a portion of an apartment complex constructed by real estate company DLF by banks of Chilavanoor river is illegal, has ordered regularization of construction on paying a compensation of Rs. 1 crore.
