Delhi HC Approves Merger of PVR Leisure & Lettuce Ent. With PVR Ltd - 09.01.2017

Delhi High Court has approved scheme of amalgamation under which PVR Leisure Ltd and Lettuce Entertain You Ltd would merge with PVR Ltd, their parent company with effect from April 1, 2015.
