Delhi HC Directs Centre to Repatriate Kenyan Women Facing Allegation of Prostitution - 06.01.2017

Delhi High Court has issued directions asking Centre to repatriate, and not deport, a Kenyan woman suspected of indulging in prostitution while she was in city on a tourist visa.
