Delhi HC Rejects Petition to Regularize Unauthorized Colonies - 04.01.2017

Delhi High Court has said that Jhuggi Jhopri (JJ) clusters are normally “born out of need” and unauthorized colonies are “born out of greed” while rejecting petition of a colony for regularization.
