Supreme Court: HC’s Interference With Disciplinary Inquiry Justified on Violation of Natural Justice - 04.01.2017

Supreme Court has said that a High Court can interfere with disciplinary inquiry or orders passed by competent authority if the probe itself is vitiated on account of violation of principles of natural justice.
