Bombay HC Upholds Centre’s Move to Shift DRT From Mumbai to Vashi - 03.01.2017

Bombay High Court has upheld Centre’s decision to shift one of the Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT) from Mumbai to a new site at Vashi, stating it did not find the move to be arbitrary or malafide.
