Madras HC Sets Final Deadline For Appointment of Law Officers - 03.01.2017

Madras High Court has directed State government to file draft rules governing appointment of law officers within 10 days, failing which amicus curie appointed for the purpose would proceed, ignoring suggestions from Government.
