NCDRC: Malarial Death by Mosquito Bite An Accident, Insurer Labile to Pay Up - 02.01.2017

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has held that a malaria death caused by mosquito bite is an accident, and directed insurer to honour its policy to a widow.
