Gujarat HC Notices CBI over Plea to Quash FIR in Rs 770 Crore Scam - 30.12.2016

Gujarat High Court has issued a notice to CBI on a petition moved by wife of Ashish Jobanputra, director of city-based firm ABC Cotspin Private Limited in alleged scam of about Rs 770 crore.
