Gujarat HC Notices Ex-IAS Officer, State, UPSC over CAT Order Dispute - 29.12.2016

Gujarat High Court has issued notices to former IAS officer D Kishor Rao, State Government and Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on a petition moved by Centre, challenging a Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) order which was pronounced four years ago.
