Bombay HC Suggests Centre to Allow Cops to Lodge Complaints Under Environment Laws - 28.12.2016

Bombay High Court has directed Union Government to consider allowing police officers to lodge complaints for offences under Environmental Protection Act (EPA), including illegal hacking of mangroves.
