Presidents Re-Promulgates Enemy Property (Amendment and Validation) Fifth Ordinance, 2016 - 26.12.2016

President of India has re-promulgated Enemy Property (Amendment and Validation) Fifth Ordinance, 2016, aimed to guard against claims of succession or transfer of properties left by people who migrated to Pakistan and China after wars.
