Bombay HC: Decision to Redevelop Property is Collective Decision of Society’s Majority Members - 26.12.2016

Bombay High Court has said that decision to redevelop a property is collective decision of majority members of cooperative housing society and dissenting minority members cannot question it, unless it is fraudulent and smacks of mala fides.
