Madhya Pradesh HC Upholds New Marking Formula For Promotion of Employees - 23.12.2016

Madhya Pradesh High Court has upheld new marking formula for promotion of officers and employees of State-owned six Power Companies, saying that the rule has not changed service conditions or merit-cum-seniority criteria.
