Madras HC Quashes Appointment of 11 TNPSC Members - 23.12.2016

Madras High Court has quashed appointment of 11 people as members of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC), holding that process was "deeply flawed" and conducted without following any transparent process.
