Delhi High Court Notices Centre over Vodafone Inter-connection Penalty Dispute - 23.12.2016

Delhi High Court has issued notice to Centre in a plea filed by Vodafone Mobile Services Ltd challenging Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s (TRAI) recommendation to Centre that a penalty of Rs 50 crore per circle be imposed on telecom company for violating Inter-connection services norms.
