Kerala HC Slaps Fine of Rs. 1 Crore for Violating Green Norms on DLF Builders, Spares Building - 22.12.2016

Kerala High Court while asking DLF Builders to pay a fine of Rs.1 crore for constructing an apartment complex at Chilavannur in violation of Environment Laws, has ruled that it need not demolish its multi-storied apartment complex.
