Delhi HC: Government Should have Minimum Interference in Regulating App Based Cab Services - 22.12.2016

Delhi High Court has said that any policy to regulate app-based cab aggregators like Ola and Uber should have minimum interference by Government and market forces should be allowed to operate, as a regulation could even “bring in corruption” in this emerging sector.
