NGT: Impose Fine on Airlines Disposing Excreta Before Landing - 21.12.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed aviation regulator DGCA to issue a circular to all airlines asking them to pay Rs. 50,000 as environmental compensation if they dispose of excreta before landing.
