Bombay HC Orders CBI Probe in Custodial Death of Valdaris in 2014 - 20.12.2016

Bombay High Court has directed Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to investigate charges of murder, culpable homicide, unnatural sex and abetment against eight Wadala Railway policemen allegedly involved in custodial death of Agnelo Valdaris in 2014.
