Delhi HC Seeks Government’s Reply over Non-payment of Fees to APPs - 20.12.2016

Delhi High Court has sought a report from Chief Secretary, Ministry of Law over non-payment of fees by Delhi Government to thirty-two Additional Public Prosecutors (APP).
