Madras HC: Places of Worship Cannot be Used to Create Extra-Constitutional Forums - 20.12.2016

Madras High Court, while putting an end to menace of illegal 'sharia courts' functioning from various mosques across Tamil Nadu, has said that authorities must stop such activities within a month.
