Madras HC Dismisses PIL Challenging Vires of Demonetisation Notification - 16.12.2016

Madras High Court has dismissed a PIL seeking a direction to Union Government to declare Notification on demonetisation as illegal and ultra vires to provisions of Reserve Bank of India Act.
