Delhi High Court Seeks Details on TERI Funding - 09.09.2015

Delhi HC has sought Central Govt.’s reply over details of funds given to The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), after plea filed by victim in sexual harassment case alleging that organisation had not taken any action against its Chief R K Pachauri in connection with her complaint.
