Supreme Court: Need for Having Survivor-centric Approach Towards Sexual Assault Victims - 16.12.2016

Supreme Court while restoring conviction of a man for raping his nine-year old niece in 2009, has said that there is a dire need to have a survivor-centric approach towards victims of sexual violence, particularly children.
