Delhi HC Slams AAP Government For Lack of Rules on Manual Scavenging - 15.12.2016

Delhi High Court came down on AAP Government over its “failure” to frame rules regarding rehabilitation of manual scavengers in National Capital despite a law prohibiting the practice.
