Supreme Court: Elected Government in Delhi Must Have Some Power to Function Properly - 15.12.2016

Supreme Court, while hearing contentions of Centre and AAP Government, has observed that Delhi is no doubt a Union territory, but Elected Government must have some powers to be able to function.
