Madras HC Allows Chinese Consortium Plea Against BHEL's Tender for Power Project in Tamil Nadu - 08.09.2015

Madras HC has allowed Chinese consortium’s appeal filed against evaluation of tenders for Ennore Super Critical Thermal Power Project by Tamil Nadu Government-owned power utility TANGEDCO (Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Ltd) and subsequent award of contract to public sector BHEL.
