NGT Seeks Centre’s Clarification on Illegal Distilleries - 14.12.2016

National Green Tribunal has directed Centre to clarify its stand on distilleries and sugar mills in Uttar Pradesh manufacturing, storing and transporting ethanol without obtaining permission from Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO).
