Punjab & Haryana HC Seeks Government’s Reply to Telcos’ Understated Income - 14.12.2016

Punjab & Haryana HC has sought responses from Government, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology and Comptroller & Auditor General of India (CAG) over "loss" of over Rs 12,488 crore to exchequer after six telecom companies allegedly underreported income.
