Delhi University Photocopy Case: Delhi HC Restores Copyright Suit by International Publishers - 09.12.2016

Delhi HC has restored the copyright suit brought by international publishers against DU photocopy shop and directed the photocopy shop to maintain records of course packs photocopied and supplied by it. The Court also directed the photocopy shop to submit six monthly statements to the court.
