Gujarat HC Notices State Government over Kharicut Canal Pollution - 08.12.2016

Gujarat High Court has sought an explanation from State Government and Authorities concerned over a PIL that complained about heavy air and water pollution around the Kharicut canal in eastern Ahmedabad, particularly concerning illegal release of industrial gases at night.
