Delhi HC: 2014-15 Auto rickshaws Permit Scheme was “Rigged” - 08.12.2016

Delhi HC, while observing that, 2014-15 scheme to issue permits to auto rickshaws was "rigged" and can't be allowed, has asked AAP Government how it plans to protect 324 people who bought auto rickshaws after securing these permits.
