Delhi HC Exempts CM Kejriwal from Personal Appearance in Defamation Case - 07.12.2016

Delhi High Court has granted permanent exemption to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal from appearing in person before a Trial Court here in a criminal defamation case filed by Amit Sibal.
