Bombay HC Seeks RBI’s Reply over Plea Highlighting Difficulty in Identifying Notes by Blinds - 07.12.2016

Bombay High Court has sought a reply from Reserve Bank of India within six weeks to a plea highlighting difficulty faced by blind persons in identifying currency notes and coins in recent years.
