Supreme Court Notices Ansal Brothers over Review Plea by CBI & Uphaar Victims Association - 07.12.2016

Supreme Court has issued notice to Gopal and Sushil Ansal on pleas filed by CBI and Association of Victims of Uphaar Tragedy (AVUT) seeking review of its verdict in which it had allowed them not to undergo further jail term and asked two brothers to pay Rs 30 crore each as penalty.
