SC Advocates for Stringent Punishment for Rash Driving, Directs Centre to Amend Laws - 07.12.2016

Supreme Court, while holding that existing two-year imprisonment for causing death due to rash and negligent driving as grossly inadequate, has asked Centre to provide harsher punishment for offence by amending law.
