Delhi HC Reserves Judgment on Publisher’s Appeal in Photocopy Case - 06.12.2016

Delhi High Court has reserved its judgment on an appeal brought by a group of international publishers against an order allowing a photocopy shop in Delhi University (DU) campus to sell course packs using material published by them.
