NGT Orders Demolition of Factory Constructed on Rainwater Nala at Patancheru - 05.12.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has ordered demolition of a factory constructed on a 30-feet wide rainwater nala at Patancheru, in violation of various existing laws, and thus shrinking it to 10-15% of its original size.
