Gujarat HC Junks Petitions of E-commerce Players Challenging Levy of Entry Tax - 02.12.2016

Gujarat High Court has disposed of a set of petitions filed by e-commerce players Flipkart, Amazon, and Instakart challenging Entry Tax imposed by State Government on goods purchased through e-commerce portals.
