Supreme Court: Ossification Test Results Not A Conclusive Evidence For Person’s Age - 02.12.2016

Supreme Court, while holding that a medical test does not give an accurate finding regarding age of a person, has held that an accused cannot be declared a juvenile solely on basis of ossification test result and allowed to evade a jail term.
