Madras HC Issue Directives to Health Secretary on Issuance of Post-Mortem Certificates - 08.09.2015

Madras High Court has directed Health Secretary to consider representation made by an advocate to make sure that government hospital across State forward post-mortem certificates to jurisdictional police as well as relatives of deceased within two days from day on which they conduct autopsy.
