Allahabad High Court Set Aside Akhilesh’s Appointments in UP Higher Education Services Commission - 08.09.2015

Allahabad High Court has set aside appointment of three senior members (Veer Singh Yadav, Rudal Yadav and Anil Kumar Singh) of UP Higher Education Services Commission and asked State Government to initiate process of appointment of competent people on these posts.
