SICA Repeal Act Shall Come into Force From Dec. 01, 2016 - 30.11.2016

Ministry of Finance has appointed December 1, 2016 as the date on which provisions of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Repeal Act, 2003 (“SICA Repeal Act”) shall come into effect and Section 4(b) of SICA Repeal Act shall be enforced.
