Madras HC Sets Aside Order Banning Protest on Babri Masjid Demolition Day - 30.11.2016

Madras High Court has set aside an order passed by a Single Judge of High Court, directing State Government not to give permission for demonstrations, rallies or any other form of protest by any religious organisation on December 6, the day when Babri Masjid in Ayodhya was demolished.
