Lok Sabha Passes Income Tax Amendment Bill - 29.11.2016

Taxation Laws (Second Amendment) Bill 2016, which proposes 30% tax on undisclosed income plus 10% penalty beside a 33% surcharge and 75% tax and 10% penalty in case Income Tax authorities detect undisclosed wealth deposited post demonetisation, has been passed in Lok Sabha.
