Bombay HC Seeks NIA’s Response over Discharge of Eight Accused in Malegaon Blast Case - 29.11.2016

Bombay High Court has directed NIA to file its affidavit in response to an appeal filed by Maharashtra's Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) challenging discharge of eight accused in the 2006 Malegaon blasts case.
