Delhi HC Asks Ex-Ranbaxy Promoter to Submit Asset Declaration within 3 Days - 29.11.2016

Delhi High Court has questioned Former Ranbaxy promoter Shivinder Singh and other respondents about asset declarations that were to be made, in relation to ongoing enforcement proceedings to realise a Rs 2,562-crore Singapore Arbitration Award in favour of Japanese pharma major, Daiichi Ltd.
