Supreme Court: Shahabuddin Case Will Test Justice Delivery System of Country - 29.11.2016

Supreme Court has agreed to hear a plea to shift former RJDMP Mohammad Shahabuddin, facing trial in 45 criminal cases, from Bihar to Tihar Jail, saying that ensuring free and fair trial against the strongman while protecting witnesses is a challenge for judiciary.
